Product Registration

By submitting this form, you confirm that all provided information is accurate. Registration must be completed within 30 days of installation to activate your warranty, unless your purchase documentation states otherwise.

Warranty Coverage

GalvStone products — including Holden Deck & Dock systems, porcelain table collections, marble table collections, and marble vanities & sinks — are covered under their respective warranties.

Category-Specific Warranties

Because GalvStone offers multiple product categories, each product type carries its own warranty terms:

Holden Deck & Dock Systems

  • Covered under a 50-Year Structural Warranty for the galvanized steel frame and engineered components.

Porcelain Tables

  • Covered for surface performance, including resistance to fading, staining, warping, and weather-related deterioration.

Marble Tables

  • Covered for manufacturer defects, craftsmanship, and structural integrity. Natural variations, veining, and patina development are not considered defects.

Marble Vanities & Sinks

  • Covered for structural performance and craftsmanship. Surface etching, staining, and wear from everyday use are not classified as defects due to the natural properties of stone.

Residential vs. Commercial Use

Warranty terms may differ based on installation type:
  • Residential installations typically receive the whole stated warranty period.
  • Commercial installations may receive modified coverage depending on usage and environment.

Product Use & Installation Requirements

GalvStone products must be installed by qualified professionals or individuals in accordance with GalvStone’s published installation instructions.

Failure to follow proper installation protocols may void warranty coverage.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Correct framing spans (up to 20 ft. per engineering specs)
  • Approved fasteners and hardware
  • Proper substrate preparation
  • Compliance with local building codes

Limitation of Liability

GalvStone’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective materials as outlined in the warranty.

GalvStone is not responsible for:

  • Labor costs associated with removal or reinstallation
  • Damage or structural shifting caused by pre-existing site conditions, improper installation, or settlement of the surrounding area.
  • Water, storm, or hurricane damage outside certified engineering standards
  • Incidental or consequential damages of any kin
