Registration Policies

These Registration Policies detail the requirements and expectations for customers who register their GalvStone products to receive warranty protection, service eligibility, and promotional benefits, including incentive programs such as “Party in a Box.” By submitting a registration form through the official GalvStone website or through approved partner channels, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the following terms:

Eligibility for Registration

  • To qualify for warranty coverage and registration benefits:
  • The product must be an authentic GalvStone product purchased from GalvStone or an authorized distributor, dealer, or installer.
  • Registration must be submitted within 30 days of installation, unless otherwise stated.
  • Only the original property owner or purchaser is eligible to register the product.

Required Information

  1. To ensure valid registration, please provide all requested information accurately, including the following:
  2. Customer name and contact information
  3. Property address where the product is installed
    Product type and category (e.g., porcelain, marble, steel-framed system, vanities, sinks, etc.)
  4. Series, color, sizes, and quantities (if applicable)
  5. Date of purchase
  6. Date of installation
  7. Name of installer or contractor (if applicable)

 

Please note that incomplete or inaccurate submissions may delay or invalidate the registration process.

Proof of Purchase

Customers must keep the following documents: the original sales receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase, as well as any installation documentation if completed by a contractor. GalvStone may request copies of these documents at any time to confirm eligibility.

Verification & Approval

  • All registrations are subject to verification.
  • GalvStone reserves the right to confirm product authenticity, contact the listed installer, and request additional documentation or photographs.
  • Registration is not considered complete until GalvStone issues an approval email.

Warranty Activation

Approved registrations provide the following benefits:

  • The applicable GalvStone Warranty (specific to the product)
  • Transferability rights (if applicable)
  • Eligibility for service requests, if needed
  • Coverage starts from the installation date, not the registration date.

Incentive Programs (e.g., “Party in a Box”)

Promotional incentives may be offered occasionally during the registration process. To qualify for these incentives, please ensure the following:

  1. Registration must be submitted and approved within the promotional period.
  2. All required information must be accurate and complete.
  3. Only one incentive will be provided per registered project or installation address.


GalvStone reserves the right to substitute or discontinue any promotional item at its discretion.

Residential vs. Commercial Registration

  • Residential and commercial projects share the same registration requirements; however, commercial projects might need extra documentation.
  • The coverage terms can differ based on product type, and large-scale or multi-unit installations might need specific project verification.

Changes to Registration Information

  • If your information changes (ownership, address, or contact information), you must notify GalvStone within 30 days.
  • Failing to update your information may affect the transferability of your warranty or your service eligibility.

Privacy & Data Use

Submitted information is used only for the following purposes:

  • Warranty activation and service
  • Product verification
  • Customer support
  • Safety notifications
    Optional promotional programs


GalvStone does not sell customer data and adheres to strict privacy standards.

Limitations

Registration does not:

  • Guarantee warranty approval for issues that fall outside the warranty scope.
  • Replace the need for proof of purchase.
  • Override any problems that arise from improper installation or misuse.
  • Serve as confirmation that the product is suitable for a specific application.


Please note that warranty claims are assessed separately and must adhere to the official claim procedures.

By submitting the registration form, you acknowledge the following:

  2. All information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  3. You understand that providing false or misleading information may void your registration and any associated benefits.
